Wouldn't it be a great idea, if 1 country decided to lower the necessary age of porn actresses to 16 or 17 for example. Then this country had a monopoly on teen porn and could export it for extreme amounts of money. Or am I missing anything?

Most porn is from America for an American audience. The few countries in which you are an adult when younger probably don't have porn studios.

I know that Russians have a lot of child and teen (under 18) porn. United States Feds like FBI actually take the porn from over there, where it is legal, and distribute it over here on US soil. They make it easily accessible just to incriminate someone who didn't know any better. So beware when viewing or saving porn. If you can't confirm a girl's age, then back the fuck out and delete browser history and cached images.
