Add to this the insane amount of competition for jobs due to the saturated labor force and it's over.
4. The advent of social media and rapid information transfer means that the job selection pool available for companies has increased massively. Think about the hypergamy effect in females, and you will understand exactly what I am talking about here. Because they have the ability to reach more qualified candidates, they will ditch the ones who seem less qualified.
5. Service/customer facing jobs have become much more predominant as a proportion of the available jobs compared to before, social skills and customer service are becoming extremely important in almost all jobs sectors. This restricts the job pool of severe autists even further.
6. PC culture and feminization of workplaces has resulted in social faux pas becoming extremely dangerous to your job security. This is only relevant to sperglord men though, because women can do no wrong teehee.
