Every man for himself. Think about this logically for a moment in terms of gains and losses: You gain time if you don't put the cart away since you won't waste your own time doing it. You lose nothing since an employee will just do it later in the day and you don't get fined or anything

Because they are lazy, the worst is when they just leave their cart in an empty parking spot and then you have to get out and move it out of your way before you can park
