Cope, that's why. Anyone can get a better personality or take a shower. Not everyone can have good genetics.
Doublethink
i've noticed this for a long time and i've wondered why genetics make them so uncomfortable, they always try to cope when it's pointed out that things like intelligence and physical ability are all determined by genetics, they always want to push the "hard work" line
They are too low IQ and don't want to accept it.
