Research has shown that the majority of people have had homicidal fantasies at some stage in their life. It doesn’t have to be about homicide either, it’s very normal to fantasize about kicking someone’s ass if they do you wrong.
This is what fantasies are for. Fantasies about violence serve as a way for people to explore feelings of anger or revenge, allowing them to rehearse potential scenarios without real-world consequences. This is a completely normal thing.
