I see it much to often, many Asians I see think that they are white, or atleast on par with whites, due to their light skin color or their "high iq". In reality, they have yellow skin, they lack common sense and have 0 social/situational awareness, and nobody sees them as anything but ugly flat-faced gooks.

I once had a Korean guy on twitter seethe so hard at me after I pointed out that East Asians don’t naturally have true white skin like northern Europeans do.

I mean to be fair, a good amount of whites tend to look more olive skinned or redish than pure white. I've also seen Asians having borderline milky white skin.

But if they imply they are somewhat "honorary Aryans" or close to Aryans then that is ridiculous

They aren't white in the slightest, but they are the most advanced and wealthiest people after whites, which often is what people are actually talking about when they are talking about racial differences and privileges.
