Serious Why do I keep dreaming that I’m drowning?

I think I heard recurring dreams about drowning is due to feeling overwhelmed and hopeless in your life. I have dreamed about drowning like 5 times in the past month. One time in a river, another out at sea after my boat capsized, and another after falling in a lake. Maybe it’s a sign that my brain feels inceldom is drowning me in a sea of misfortune and anguish.

Yes I looked it up and it said I might be feeling overwhelmed. Ain’t that the truth

Probably because you watched a movie where someone drowned/read some story about someone drowning.
Dreams are basically pieces of the information that you take in.
Since i stopped watching porn or any video with foids in it i stopped dreaming about foids.
