I personally dont have experience but i've seen it online. Foids always use exclamation marks

I've noticed this too. If you've ever browsed a female majority forum you've probably noticed an overuse of exclamation marks. Women are a meme gender.
They like to appear quirky, cutecy and upbeat, even on the internet. Their writing style is quite unique, but it's also common among numales.
