Why do foids scream, cry and shout when recording videos of arrests or violence in general?

Every time I see videos of police arresting someone, protests or street fights there's always those anoying "hey hey stop it" or "oh my goooooooooooooood" or just plain screaming and crying of a stupid ass foid kek. Can't they be calm when recording? Fucking attention whores.
