It's not against the law to take pictures in public, and maybe try the just don't get caught theory. They make all kinds of tiny hidden cameras nowadays. It doesn't take a neuroscientist to hide a camera in a shoe or in a backpack.
Or take the lazy route and find creepshots others posted on the internet. There are entire forums dedicated to sharing creepshots
all that work to not even get full nudes
