Why do Feminists act as if most rape gets unreported ?

When a foid gets raped most men and women give her as much validation and attention as she wants, and we are told that if a women gets raped we shouldn't blame her,even if she was dressed like a fucking slut and started wandering around alone in the middle of the night while fucking drunk we,as a society shouldn't put a drop of blame on her.

So how in hell aren't most rapes unreported ? and how did feminists know about those rapes if they weren't reported anyways ?

Some people do say most rapes go unreported because women are ashamed what everyone else would think.
However, this might make sense in an Islamic country where a woman values her sexual "purity" (cope).
But this makes absolutely no sense in our society where women sleep around and don't even remember many of the people they had one night stands with.
