Serious why do fat people have the same facial & body characteristics?

i mean they usually have smaller hands, smaller wrists, smaller nose, bigger forehead,smaller dick,smooth skin etc.
generally speaking its like almost all fat people have are babyfaced to some degree. which is something that doesn't necessarily affect skinny people.
