I think it's a dual purpose.

1. As many others have mentioned, showing only whites makes it easier for them to associate incels with the "alt right"

2. Showing ethnic men makes women confront an uncomfortable truth, that they are racist and discriminate against ethnic men in dating. Discomfort = less views/popularity. Women would rather remain in denial of this and maintain the status quo of not having to care about ethnic men.
