Stray dogs are a public health crisis. The same thing was done in the West ages ago. Can’t stand dognutters. It’s better to have starving, rabid dogs prowling around?

I don’t see how it’s unethical. Those stray dogs are starved and have parasites and diseases and people don’t want to adopt them. Might as well kill them and they won’t suffer anymore and the streets will be cleaner.
