In Southeast Asia, Filipino women are often considered less attractive than those from other countries like Malaysia, Thailand, Laos, or Vietnam. Most men in SEA would rate them as below average, usually around a 1 out of 10. The ones who are considered decent looking are often mixed race. So, when you witness an American man spending a lot of money on one of these Filipino women who are seen as low value in terms of looks, money, status, and education, it can be a huge shock. Many of these men end up getting dumped after they've spent all their money on them. I've personally seen a few cases of this happening on Discord.
