I made sure to take a shower, wore nice clothes, got a haircut, shaved and girls still treat me like a creep. They look at me strangely, whisper something into each other, and make weird facial expressions when I'm near them, like look at this loser type of vibe. I also got fitter and corrected my posture but I don't see anything improving. It's always the same kind of looks.

I don't get it. What is the reason for this? Will something change if I get plastic surgeries or will it remain the same because all of this is happening because they can somehow sense my inner autism?
