Why do African tribes mostly have women as chiefs and why so much simping?

Many tribes in Africa, cut off from electricity, seem to exist via simping. Their women become the priestesses of the local tribe. It was on a show I watched.
That said, they seemed far happier, men and women, than 90% of men in the west.
Sadly most men are simps, even in western society. Fakecels who ascend turn to simps the moment they get a drop of affection from a foid 
African tribes are known to be matriarchal.
No wonder they got colonized. How do the vast majority of tribe members even tolerate that stuff?

I am not claiming whiteness, but I don't want to have to lick the shit and grime off of sewer walls for all eternity because whites or jews want to be narcissistic.
These things are good useful idiots for our cause, not something whose existence should be encouraged. I want a world where the foids have a phenotype opposite them, it doesn't even have to be the color or even, for the most part, the texture, but the phenotype.
