So when a person becomes as true a disciple or follower of Christ as much as they humanly and spiritually can be where they emulate Christ’s behaviors/the Christ consciousness daily the world will naturally hate on and attack that person because the world ie the corrupt and evil people in it whom are not Christ followers or even attempting to be in any way good people know and feel their own lack of spiritual wholeness and goodness and it is utterly unbearable for them ie literally psychologically painful for them to be around Jesus or people who have embraced him as their lord and savior.

So the world always tries to destroy or marginalize such types with slander and innuendo.

The bible's laws are there to make it clear to every man that he is a sinner before God and in need of a savior. That's the primary purpose of the Law.

"For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved." (John 3:17)

Salvation is a free gift. When you die you either pay for your sins yourself and go to hell or you have Jesus pay for your sins by being a saved bible believing Christian. You cannot lose this salvation once you get it, you are sealed with the Holy Spirit. You will only be punished while on this earth for sins you commit.
