It is this way because of our negative and bad experiences which gave us low self esteem and no confidence at all. It isn't paranoia because people really do laugh at us, and right infront of our faces too
I agree its low self esteem + no confidence so you are hyper aware of your movements which makes them look weird, add in autism and poor motor skills and we look like disabled iraq veteran trying to walk with their new pair of robotic legs.
And yes people have told me to my face that i walk funny and weird and laughed at me for it. I atleast always stood up for myself though but it obviously took a big mental toll. They couldnt just leave me alone lol, and then when they couldnt do anything in a fair 1vs1 they made it 3vs1
