I don't get it. It's not difficult to clean it but I always live in filth. It just seems to happen. I don't hoard shit. It's shameful and makes me want to rope but it's like there's a bit of my brain missing.

Why would you have to clean up your room anyways? Clean it form what? Except the obvious stuff like changing bed sheets and such
