Why can’t euthanasia be legal for everybody since UBI Isn’t a thing and not everybody wants to live to wageslave why can’t miserable just get euthanized instead of being forced to wageslave for a life I’m assuming it’s been muh taxpayers will be gone then who will fund the government money matters more than the happiness and well being of a human being

if euthanasia got legalized, there are lots of slippery slope arguments, like elderly people who feel like a burden and get pressured to euthanasia because they're using up resources. there is also the religious argument that all life is sacred, and euthanasia is unethical & immoral. neil gorsuch wrote a book called the future of assisted suicide & euthanasia, i read parts of it a long time ago. it's a complex topic with strong arguments for either side.
