There probably are ways to determine the gender soon after conception but there's just no money invested in this, when there really should be. Inceldom would completely dispappear along with a lot of other problems if there were, maybe 5 females for every male born. There's just far, far too many males it's a complete joke.

If left unchanged, eventually the foids in China, India, and Africa will adopt western hypergamy standards and the world will have several billion incels who won't have wives or children, and lots of free time to light the world aflame.

Honestly most countries in the world would heavily benefit from killing off most of it's newborn males, especially if there was forced monogamy implemented. Think about it, it would force heavy sexual selection on both sides with females competing for the limited males left and the males naturally dying off from war, work, disease, etc. There would be no infighting with males since sexual competition would be non existent and they could focus their attention on more important goals.
