Not much, no. I get light exercise by walking and doing pushups, but that's it.

Hmm different results for me. The longer I abstain, the more low inhib don't give a fuck and even happier I was. It's really all about moderation. Don't abstain completely, as incel we require release from time to time.

High endurance training, cardio, helps with mood, imo.
