I don't believe in direct sunlight being bad. I do believe that sun tan lotions fucks up your skin, and shitty diets as well as some skin care products. You're basically putting toxins onto your skin. If you don't have the proper nutrients to absorb the sunlight properly then you will also burn easily. I'm over 30 and often get told i'm 25 or late 20s and i'm in the sun alot. Not trying to brag or anything, that's just what people tell me.
