I am half white but have brown eyes and am hairy asf. I feel like I look above average if I shave, but I have dark thick hair + sensitive hair combo so I can only shave once in a while, and it hurts after I do and causes ingrowns/pimples. And it's not just my beard, I also have to shave my wild hairline and eyebrows. I can look good for 1 day but then 2 days after I look subhuman again and have to wait for my skin to heal again.

I'm going to force myself to stop grooming myself because I struggle with going outside if I don't. Putting effort into my appearance has never benefitted me anyway. Does anyone else deal with body dysmorphia and struggling to go outside because of it, how do you deal with it?

I think I don't pass as white with a stubble, though I could live with it. The real problem is the neanderthal hairline and eyebrows, I tried plucking it but it just grows back

Anyway, I'm going to try and overcome the body dysmorphia. I've tried just about everything (short of permanent options such as lasering), and it's probably better for my mental health if I stop caring so much about what normies think of me.
