Hypocrisy Why are we expected to have a good personality when nobody else is expected to have a good personality?

We get told to work on our personality, but when we vent about being bodyshame and getting treated like dirt by strangers, family, kids at school, anybody, normies are like, “ummmm sweetie nobody is entitled to giving you any sort of basic human respect regardless of your face, height, body, autism, and skin color “
