I really can't comprehend how his eye area is holding him back, when literally everything else about him is good. He's not even autistic like I am! I have no idea how he approaches women, but I highly doubt that his negative canthal tilt eyes are hindering him.

Getting a woman is hard enough for men, for most men. Perhaps he just hasn't struck gold yet? Do you know how many women he has tried to engage with? Also, what stage of life is he at (college/working world/NEET)?
