It doesn't matter overall, you may get a few minus points depending on the country because naturally most people stick to their ethnicity but still you should be able to pull it off. I had a phase where i tried to improve myself, i forced myself into bars, clubs and discos to try to socialize. During that time i saw all kinds of ethnicities being able to get some pussy without much problems. If you are a normie or chad you will have no problem doing so.

Imagine an Alien Race came to Earth, because they are accustomed to be aware of the minute differences of their own species/race more so than others, they'd be a lot more likely to not notice the faults of ugly humans, and we'd be a lot less likely to notice the faults of the ugly people from their species, however I doubt this is as much of the case with blacks as it would be with a completely different species altogether.
