Why are countries in Africa, Middle East and Latin America so harsh on drug users even for marijuana? Most white countries have either decriminalized pot or practically already have with very slap on the wrist penalties for being caught. I believe even in Poland and other EE countries, it's either decriminalized or they just have to pay a fine. Are people of shit-color trying to impress white people by trying to make their people extra sober and straight laced even though they're still savages?
