I have been dealing with real estate agents recently and I have noticed that they are mostly roasties. I can’t think of why this job is dominated by foids. Everything else related to a property from a builder, plumber or electrician is full of low status tradiecels.
I know it’s a relatively cushy job that doesn’t really require that much skill but that still doesn’t explain it.
