There are people who don't live around an x group of people so they take all the stereotypes at face value. An example is, a person who doesn't live around asians due to living in a low income area believes they're all autistic and smart. there is an element of truth to all of it obviously. Asians on avg are not non nt per se, they're just smarter and aren't pushed into nt activities like sports. The asians who are, they are mostly nt just like other races. Asians are not all smart LOL, most are haloed by tutoring at cram sessions. I knew many who literally needed tutors so they wouldn't be mediocre at GRADE 10 subjects. If you need to study before the final year of school, it is OVER for u. Yes, they have more smart ppl but the ppl who haven't been around them think they're all geniuses and anyone else is therefore dumber. There are many whites and hapas who are smart compared to asians, they just act a bit less geeky in an academic sense.

how can ppl not be solipsistic? much of what information relayed on an individual is filtered out from active analysis of the conscious mind, so if what is does not resonate with the established way of thinking about the world, the piece of information is dismissed or quickly discarded
