For them, even in matriarchal environments, its all hands on deck or you starve, which is not the case in the opulent and safe Nordic countries. Impoverished conditions means male labor is essential so misandry has to be kept very limited, even with female centered ruling system. On the other hand, in safety and abundant Nordic countries, males are made obsolete through laws and excess production so this provides fertile ground for female debauchery, degeneracy, and misandry; here, women simply don't need men that much because the environment is secure and safe so they can freely get away with acting against men.
