Besides the RARE RARE shooting, I don’t see how Incelism can hurt society in any way. Yet everyone talks about how evil we are. How does being socially awkward and sexless make a person evil?

That system also hinges on their being a slave force big enough to keep the taxes going. As for OP's question, I think it's to do with the fact that we've eroded our traditional sense of morality which was fairly cut and dry, with rules and social convention which you had to abide by, with a more subjective morality. Not necessarily subjective in the sense that it differs from person to person, but rather in that it's built on loose and arbitrary criteria such as feelings, and what sounds good in the ears of others. In the old age, an act of virtue entailed conforming to our traditional morality through performing various actions which was in line with it, but in the new world order, because a clearly defined morality does not exist to the extent that it did in the past, the way to be virtuous is by signaling to others that you possess traits which can form a good system of morality on their own (mind you, good in the sense that they feel right). When this new subjective moral system was adopted to the extent that it started permeating society, it formed a tyranny of feelings and emotions. If one goes against the subjective moral under the new system of ethics, which is primarily predicated on feelings as opposed to actions, he can surely expect to become an outcast, and that's where the incels come in
