I just discovered the subreddit r/LAinfluencersnark, and the whole thing is foids gossipping about celebtrity relationships and how they look and shit. Like who gives a fuck what rich celebreities are doing, I have never understood this.

Yeah fr ive seen ts a lot with f1 and "i love motorsports" foids, they swoon over the moggER drivers often not knowing JACKSHIT abt cars, or the racing, or in the case of f1, how shitty the racing has gotten (yes they now lose speed on straights, explaining dat is another topic tho) yet foids will eat ts shit up, how matter how boring or artificial the racing is, no matter if the cars sound like actual dogshit, as long as muh prettyboy norris or muh leclerc are around lol

This is a good question. I think it’s because they love to self insert and they love drama involving high status good looking people. Sometimes they have parasocial relationships with celebrities.
