The BMI system is sort of fucked. I'm in very good shape (I'll humble brag) I can do 16 pull-ups and have a 5:45 mile time and it still tells me I'm morbidly obese.

I know this is on brand coming from a blackcel but here me out: being chubby to slightly overweight is okay because there are actually different body types medically, but being a landwhale is not okay. This distinction is lost generally I think.
