Yep here is your problem. You can ofc track your calories and keep eating this way(Might work for weight loss but it's definitely not healthy)
Orange juice lacks fiber and is often loaded with refined sugar on top of the fructose. Try eating a whole orange or at least a smoothie
Loading a high fat food with fat is a death sentence for weightloss.
You really need to base your meals around whole plant foods and pre cook your meals to save time. I don't advocate meat for a few reasons but you should lower your intake and consider boiling it in water instead of using oil.
There are a few good fast food options that are at least not that harmful but you should stay away from it
