Why across many states niggers are stuck in the hood ? But not other races ?

Title - are niggers the only race in poverty ? They also all have below average faces why don’t you see other races in the middle of the street ? Trying to get out the “ hood” oh and these are from 4 different cities but the reality is the same for each one
