Nope if you became a 7+ you would be able to self improve and gradually your confidence will build up. That in turn will attract women and you will lose your social anxiety. You could get a nice haircut, lift weights, nice clothes and i do realise thats bluepilled advice for incels but not for chadlite's or chad's.
