Think about it...we have a 6'4 gigachad, and then 5'2 dark skinned janitor from Afghanistan. One would have thought that the gigachad is the ubermensch, which isn't wrong...but what if the afghancel is the true ubermensch? Hear me out..
The afghancel standfast to extreme sharia, while the gigachad is for foid rights. What if whether you're a ubermensch, is based on mentality and not physicality?
By extreme means of mateguarding and removing foid rights, the afghancel collectively secure a future for his society, and maintaining that lots of men can get a foid, which normies would call this a "Chad move" (a disruption of the term). Therefore, his country, as swampy or shitty it is, can survive through the culture alone, no matter how many bombs you throw at them.
On other hand, we have the gigachad. He gets lot of foids and can reproduce the most, definitely what is traditionally an ubermensch, but his behavior, like all things in the world, has an opposite reaction. By doing this again and again, his society will collectively decay, eventually, most chads will not survive the collapse of it. Even then, chads are not immune to brainwashing and only pump and dump foids without the intent to impregnate them.
A third, but unlikely contender would be a high IQ culture hell bent on genetic engineering, after all, with this technology, no matter what one does, even the ugliest couples can produce the most beautiful children.
As Stalin says, quantity has an quality on its own. After all, in a nuclear war, the cockroach is the last man standing, and in reproductive terms, it becomes superior to the species that has perished.
