from what I know, the girl said she would fly out to where he lives to fuck, but then he killed himself anyways.

yes it's sad but people kill themselves for whatever reason really even if they are having a shitty day which is why he roped on Valentine's when being inkwell was probably the worst thing.
Valentines day is one of the hardest for sure. Just sucks it comes to that point for some people.
usually the most suicides happen just after the new year or like in the holiday season.
I honestly think August gets a lot too. This month has an eerie undertone to it.
