Once they reach a certain age, it doesn't even matter anyway if they're virginal; they're still undesirable for marriage. There were girls I went to church with, who weren't too hideous, who by their late 20s had still never had sex or even dated, because they were sheltered that much by their protective dads. They lived way out in the middle of nowhere, weren't on social media, and had grown up home-schooled and highly religious.

By the time they're that old, even if they haven't had relationship failures, they're still embittered by the fact that their dad deprived them of opportunities to live a normal life, by any standard. The only way I'd trust she's a virgin is if she came from the same kind of background you described. My older brother used to be a massive online troll during the early days of the internet. They could but I don't think many women even do that as a hobby, and riding a few times isn't going to completely tear the hymen, maybe if they were jockeys for a living or had been riding horses for a while.
