Though I'm sure strict heightcopers will disagree, the 5'6 Mexican can and will be a HTN/Chadlite; an 8 face, a good frame, and NTness will easily allow for an ascension, especially if living in a majority-Mexican neighborhood...

Not to mention 2 inch lifts would average it out to 5'8, definitely making him a Chadlite.
