First-degree relatives, pretty sure they'd get sad and/or miss me to some extent at times. Maybe some more extended family who saw me "grow up" (if you can call it that), but they'd probably just be little sad, perhaps more for the loss of my 1st degree relatives, rather than miss me personally. To flip it around, I don't think I'd be able to miss anyone, except for the hypothetical scenario of if I were to get a gf and then lose her. Something went wrong with the autism, genetics, neonatal stuff, upbringing, trauma, whatever and etc, and I believe I now can't form non-romantic relationships (shit, maybe not even romantic, I wouldn't know).
I do want the best for my family, and all beings, of course, and it would pain me greatly to see them suffering with a disease before death, but if they were all hit by a truck or something I don't think I would "miss" anyone. It's more like "oh, my life got even worse" and some barriers to suicide may be lowered I guess; but I don't think I'd feel much more emotional pain than now, because of attachment problems and that the emotional pain has got to be reasonably nearly maxxed out (barring more frequent and intense inceldom triggers in daily life). I would, of course, sacrifice greatly to stop my family from dying, though, it's not that I don't value their lives, I just can't seem to get emotionally hooked up to people non-romantically (maybe not even romantically, too, but I really doubt it from the emotions I feel when pondering such scenarios).

The only people who would miss me are my mother, and some of my extended family—though even that is doubtful, as they would likely grieve me superficially—devoid of true care; no one concerns themselves with my existence and life, for they perceive me as an irrelevant subhuman.
