It was very easy. The places that gave out vaccines in two parts would just give the card out and then sign these boxes with their signatures.

So it was easy to just aqcuire a card by making an appointment, getting the card, cancelling my appointment, then leaving and forging/faking the signatures at home.

I downloaded the covid vaccine card PDF and printed it on card stock. Filled in some nonsense numbers and the local hospital's name. Never actually needed it, but knowing I had it was comforting.

I only know that having the procedure forced on me by coercion is a great humiliation, and I would rather join a class action suit on that point alone than get into the wishy washy territory of vaccine injuries which are real but it's difficult to say to what extent.
