That's not hard at all, my account has a history of being used by like 10 different IPs from when I logged in while at work, visiting relatives, and so on. Not to mention that you can use Tor while visiting this site, you only need some normal IP for registration. That's not even mentioning that it's not that hard at all to set up your own virtual machine, and that's all assumpting that all VPNs are indeed banned here.
