Legs will definitely look out of proportion. Whenever i put in shoe soles that add like an inch or inch and an half to my height (or 4 cm) although i'm already 5'9 i do look out of proportion if wearing high shoes and its visible (to me at least). Yes its only a matter of proper clothes, but 5 inch is a lot, its a life changing difference.

I'd do everything to be 5 inches taller though. Even if out of proportion i dont give a fuck id just wear coats and look approachable

For me it’s not the price which is the issue. But the fact that you are risking never being able to walk again if your surgeon botched your surgery and/or complications arise which can leave you permanently disabled.

It’s an incredibly risky surgery and I wouldn’t even do it if it was offered to me for free. I don’t value women that much that I’d risk losing my ability to walk just for the minor chance that the surgery improves my appearance enough for me to be able to attract a woman. Women are not worth becoming disabled for, I value my own health and well-being more than I value any woman on this planet.

Men risking their health and spending ludicrous amounts of money to become attractive to women, just seems like a form of female worship where men are giving these women much more value than they are actually worth
