Literally nobody believes wrestling is "real". Kayfabe died a LOOONG time ago. Even when I was a kid in middle school me and the other kids who watched wrestling not only knew it was staged, but how certain moves were done so they wouldn't actually harm anyone and about things like blading.

If I remember correctly, kayfabe died sometime in the late 80s when Vince had to testify under oath that wrestling was staged. Though even before that most fans knew it was staged.

Movies, anime, and video games aren't real either. That doesn't mean people can't enjoy them.
