'germanic' and 'anglo' are words I never heard for my whole life and then I hear them once and all of a sudden everyone is saying them

Same with the phrase 'said phrase' or another example "all women are niggers. This is why I hate said women" I hear it once when I hadn't all my life and now everyone's saying it all of a sudden.
