Those words stopped me from ruining my nofap streak. But, no. I stopped intensely working out like that 2 years ago. I actually sometimes just skip some sets on upper body days because I get bored or just want to gtfo. My upper body is fine. Leg day however, I always go full force. I want my calfs and quads to be vascular as fuck!

Due to my work I skipped the gym plenty of times. It felt really bad. I hit the gym yesterday. Although I was kind of weak to be honest, I hit the gym for everyone on this forum. I trained for 2 hours.
This is good, since you will release a great amount of growth hormones. I will even increase the amount by taking arginine after the gym session.
Which reminds me, I do have to hit my calves though. I do hit my upper legs brutally with the hack squat machine. I love how my legs are shacking and like I almost collapse under the weight.

Interesting - what opinions do you think we have that are similar? Genuinely curious as I'm not too active most days and wouldn't really have expected anyone to pick up a pattern in my posts.
I would say I'm somewhat similar to Mainlander in that we've both approached a lot of girls (although he's approached a lot more than me) and we're attracted to girls a lot younger than us (although his preference is slightly younger than mine).

My mother is what one would consider a typical modern thot, working class, white trash (not just materially but also spiritually impoverished) to be blunt, while my father's side are all a bunch of aristofags and lawyers. Since I was mostly "brought up" by my mother, I've grown up in fairly diversity packed environments, sometimes having had to fend off the rich and beautiful diversity with physical force, so I would say your description is fairly accurate.
