JBW is true only to the extent that cumskin facial features are seen as more attractive. The skin matters too, but rice skin is close to white skin. Therefore, a 6/10 cumskin is roughly the same as a 6/10 rice, all things (like height) being equal, so the disability makes it worse for the cumskin.
